Stuck on a page, found a bug, or have something to tell us? Write to contact@pwnera.com. A person reads every message, usually within a couple of days. If something looks wrong, a screenshot and your iPhone model help a lot.

How do I play?

Drag across a crease to fold the paper over it. Fold until a path joins up from the girl to the garden gate, or on a chapter's last page to her house, and she walks home. To undo a fold, drag the newest flap back across its crease. Hold the torch button to see the back of the paper, lit from behind.

I'm stuck on a page

Tap the light bulb for a hint: it shows the whole next move. A page solved with a hint can't earn its gold stamp, but you can always fold it again later for the stamp. You get new hints from gold stamps after Spring, finishing chapters, and the daily page.

I ran out of unfolds

Each attempt at a page comes with a few unfolds. When they run out, start the page again for free, or keep folding. The lessons, the daily page and pages you have already folded never run out.

What does the whole book include?

Spring and the daily page are free. The whole book is one purchase that opens Summer, Autumn, Winter and Dusk, 64 more pages with thumbtacks, scissors, a pencil and street lamps, plus 10 hints. You pay once and keep it.

I bought the book on another device, or reinstalled

Open Settings (the gear on the title screen), or the whole book's card, and tap Restore purchases. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Refunds

Apple handles payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My progress disappeared

Progress is saved on your phone only, so deleting the app deletes it, and it does not move to a new phone. A purchase is never lost: restore it as above.
